Viacom MBA Leadership Rotation Program

Viacom's MBA Leadership Rotation Program is a competitive two year immersion program that will give MBA graduates the opportunity to work on the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving media landscape. Each participant will learn all aspects of our business through an audience and monetization track. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on one of the most influential media companies on the planet. The goal of the program is to groom the next wave of business leaders who can be retained within critical parts of the business at the program's completion.

Program Benefits:

  • Four consecutive 6-month rotations through critical business areas: (i.e. Ad Sales, Data Strategy, Product Management, Content Distribution)

  • Must be a 2nd year full-time MBA student
  • 3-5 years of work experience prior to business school, within or strongly related to the media industry
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Demonstrated work or academic experience with data and analytics
  • Be available for full-time employment from July 2017 - June 2019
  • Be dedicated to pursuing a career in the media industry
  • Proper work authorization to be employed within the United States

MBA Leadership Rotation Program Timeline:

  • November 16, 2016: Application opens
  • December 16, 2016: A complete application (including essays) must be received
  • Mid-January 2017: First round - selected candidates will be contacted to participate in a virtual interview
  • February/March 2017: Second round - selected finalists will be invited to interview in person at Viacom's headquarters in NYC
  • Late-March 2017: Interviewed candidates will be notified of their status
  • July 2017: Viacom MBA Leadership Rotation Program begins
